Terry Shumaker is a member of Bernstein Shur’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Labor and Employment Practice Groups.

Terry has arbitrated, litigated, and mediated for three decades in the private and public sectors in a wide range of industries. He serves as a panel arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, the U.S. District Court, the New Hampshire Superior Court, the NH Public Employee Labor Relations Board, and the NH Commission for Human Rights.
